Shipping Policy

UK Shipping Information

All orders are processed on the day they are received and posted out the next working day. All orders to the UK are shipped via Royal Mail second class signed for and delivery is expected 2-3 working days from day order is completed (posted). Should you not received your item within that time, please email admin@imuscle.co.uk.

Please note, if you order on a Friday, your order may not be posted until Monday (the next working day).

International Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. However we can not keep on top of all regulations for sport supplements in your country. Before ordering make sure that the sport supplements you are ordering from our site can enter your country. This will lower chances of  your order to be stoped or confiscated at customs or border checks. 

Shipping outside the UK we use Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, etc; depending on the location and which of the couriers used will provide the most efficient, fast and secure service to the customer. Any Customs duty or charges on import are responsibility of the customer to cover. If the package is confiscated on boarder, we do not offer refund. 

Shipping to Europe can take anywhere from 3 to 20 business days for you receive your order. The expected date is not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee that your package will be received within the given periods, so please wait patiently for your package to arrive. Also keep in mind that international packages may subject to additional fees for customs or duty charges.

Please check your laws and importing regulations before placing an order with our website. No refunds will be issued for international orders that are held, denied by customs, lost during shipping or for orders that have an incorrect address that was entered during checkout process. Once international orders leave the facility iMuscle.co.uk will not be responsible for the shipment.

If you are not being provided with tracking number or reference number for your orders shipping, please contact admin@imuscle.co.uk

If your package returns to us, with the product not open or damaged,  we will issue a refund for the products minus the shipping costs. If there are any issues during the shipment please contact your local customs.
